SmallBiz is a division of Data Abstraction (Pty) Ltd. The founding
company has been in business for over a decade and focuses on systems
and technology consulting to industrial clients.
As a small business ourselves, we understand the gains possible
from correct leveraging of technology. We realised that there was
a place in the market for an IT service provider who could make
a more meaningful contribution to small business efficiency than
'just fixing the printer'.
What makes SmallBiz different from other support providers?
- Being a division of a company involved in
industrial system support means that we know the pains inflicted
by unscheduled downtime. We use the same incident management processes
for small businesses that we use with mission-critical support of
larger industrial clients.
- We support people – not odd bits of hardware
and networks. Although the points of failure may involve a piece
of software or hardware, it's the bigger picture of getting your
