SmallBiz offers a comprehensive small business IT support service to suit your needs. We are a Johannesburg, Gauteng based IT business. As a result we are able to offer our customers in Johannesburg comprehensive telephonic, remote and client site support.

Alliance

-   a binding service level agreement

-   covers the core of your infrastructure,  i.e. a server, network, back-ups etc.

Pay as you go

-   hourly rate

We will endeavour to support your requirements on a 'best effort' basis and charge based on an agreed upon hourly rate. As with the other support options all cases are logged on our incident management system and tracked through to completion.

There is no binding service level agreement between either party.
