- optional time and attendance support with any number
of remote terminals can be specified, fully integrated
into access control, or dedicated terminals

User-friendly administration system
The administration system provides a friendly interface to the
data maintained by the access control system. Staff members in the
human resources or security departments can use the system with
minimal instruction.
A record of both successful and unsuccessful access attempts
are kept in an audit trail in the database and can be viewed in
the administration system.

The gatekeeper time and attendance module is used in conjunction
with Gatekeeper access control. Any number of remote terminals can
be specified to support time and attendance functionality in addition,
or instead of access control functionality. Users may enter and
exit through any terminals configured for time and attendance -
it is not required that they make use of a particular pair of terminals
on any particular shift.
The time and attendance system produces standard reports. One
lists the individual visits that any user has made into an area
controlled by the time and attendance terminals for a selected period.
This report can also be output in a database format to a file for
integration with a payroll system. Additional reports are supplied
for custom payroll integration on request for an additional fee.
